陈旭,bat365在线中国登录入口教授、博导、院长助理、先进网络与计算系统研究所所长、国家地方联合工程实验室副主任。2012年于香港中文大学信息工程系获得博士学位,2012年到2014年在美国亚利桑那州立大学任博士后,2014年到2016年在德国哥廷根大学任洪堡学者。2016年加入bat365在线中国登录入口,入选国家级和广东省人才项目。主要研究方向为边缘计算与云计算、分布式人工智能、边缘智能、联邦学习、算力网络等,迄今在IEEE/ACM Transactions on Networking、IEEE Transactions on Mobile Computing、IEEE Journal on Selected Areas in Communications、 MOBICOM、MOBIHOC、INFOCOM、ICDCS、WWW、UBICOMP等国际高水平会议与权威期刊发表论文超过200篇, 谷歌学术引用超过16000次,单篇引用最高超过2500次。 获得IEEE杰出讲师、德国洪堡学者、香港青年科学家奖、IEEE通信学会亚太区杰出青年学者奖、中国计算机学会分布式计算与系统专委会杰出青年学者、IEEE计算机学会年度最佳论文奖亚军、IEEE通信学会亚太区杰出论文奖、IEEE通信学会Young Professional最佳论文奖, IEEE Internet of Things Journal最佳论文亚军奖、CCF A类国际会议IEEE INFOCOM的最佳论文亚军奖、IEEE ICC最佳论文奖、以及IEEE IWQoS、WCNC最佳论文奖提名。获邀担任国际高水平期刊 IEEE Internet of Things Journal、IEEE Transactions on Wireless Communications、IEEE Transactions on Vehicular Technology、IEEE JSAC Series on Network Softwarization and Enablers、中国工程院院刊Frontiers of Information Technology & Electronic Engineering编委,以及​​IEEE Open Journal of the Communications Society领域主编。担任国家重点研发计划专项会评专家、科技部创新人才推进计划评审专家、 国家自然科学基金评审专家、中国计算机学会分布式计算与系统专委会副主任、广东省工业软件学会副会长、中国运筹学会智能工业数据解析与优化分会理事、广东省重点研发计划“芯片、软件与计算”重大专项专家组成员、中国电子科技集团电子科学研究院智库首席专家等兼职,并多次出任包括国际会议ACM MOBIHOC、INFOCOM、以及IEEE旗舰会议ICDCS、GLOBECOM、ICC、WCNC等大会技术程序委员会成员。
